Server
Rules:
1. Your access to this forum/server(s) is a privilege,
NOT a right. Your access here can/will be terminated at a moderator/admin's
discretion. While we want to allow as much ET-related discussion
as possible, there is no "free speech" here. It is up
to the discretion of the admin as to what goes and what does not.
2. Be reasonable, civil and respectful of one
another. "Noob" bashing will not be tolerated. If you
see someone who needs help, help them out. If all else fails notify
an admin. New players should consult the manual for all questions
pertaining to gameplay. Don't go around pestering players on how
to use the mortar or other items in the game.
3. If you are kicked or banned from the forums
or server. Do not create a thread asking "why". PM an
admin or email them. They will more than likely explain and work
things out if you are considerate. Any use of vulgar language
or hostility will result in forfeitment of your arguement and
your thread/email will be closed and/or deleted. If you have a
problem with said admin email us at ksclan@gmail.com.
4. Do not whine endlessly over "lag"
or "crap" teams. You can and will be kicked for it.
No one likes to hear it, constant whining will not fix it either.
This also includes players accusing others of AIMBOTS and HAX.
If you suspect someone, DEMO them and submit it to an admin for
review. Please check this thread for more info on hacks.
5. No warez, or other piracy related discussions.
No explicit material. No use of our servers for activities illegal
in the United States or in your country will be tolerated. This
includes posting links to illegal material such as cracked software
or pornography.
6. Cheating or use of exploits will not be tolerated.
Don't use them if they can win a map. It's not fair to EITHER
team if you go on a solo mission and win the map. Trickjumps are
allowed but be wise about them (ie. no engineers/coverts jumping
walls/gates).
7. No commercial advertising. If you want someone
to visit your webpage/server pay for your own bandwidth. Don't
use ours. This also includes recruiting and trying out for another
clan. Again use your own server for those purposes.
8. Keep spawnkilling to a minimum. This does not
mean its okay to come into someones spawn with a flame/panzer.
You will be instantly kicked for said violation. Second time WILL
result in a ban. Check our thread
on spawnkill boundaries if you have any questions.
9. Do not sit idle for more than 15 minutes. There
is limited space on the server for a reason. People are here to
play competitively. This includes players not helping their teams.
If you want to stand around and stab walls do it on someone else's
server. ASSHATTERY will not be tolerated.
10. Violating these rules can and WILL result
in a banning. Depending on the reason you may have some or NO
warning at all by an admin. We are under no obligation to warn
you since the rules are posted and we do have scrolling banners.
But we will handle each discrepancy as it arises if you communicate
with us in a mature manner.
11. Recruitment for KS. is by invitation only.
Don't go around bothering clan members about joining. When we
want you in, we'll let you know.
Some players may not agree to these rules. We
actively encourage those people to play somewhere else.
